Site coordinators and staff consistently receive large loads of packages for the clinical study they are facilitating. In some cases, sites will be handling more than one trial at a time which results in additional packages delivered to them.

Packaging was redesigned to spread brand awareness and to be uniquely identified in the mail room. There were different sizes to take into account depending on the amount that a site would need.
