Design Strategist Development Program

Gensler’s Design Strategist Development (DSD) Program was developed to expand on the firm’s Consulting practice by training emerging architects and designers as future strategists. With each new cohort, these participants are plugged into four of Gensler’s different offices in the U.S. As strategists, much of their work is brainstorming, visioning, and problem-solving. The poster design reflected the work they do and highlights the big themes they were always solving. The poster serves also as a brochure and is folded down to provide more information on the program.
